Close Position Delete Orders

A service mode: the bot closes the open position on the pair with a market order and cancels all orders. Handy for exiting a pair quickly without deleting the bot. The Off mode - the bot does nothing with the position and orders.

Backtest the strategy on historical data in the tester and run it in hamster-bot.
